How do I place an order?
Head on over to https://www.DCentro.com and place an order using the following steps:
- Select a merchant store
- Choose and add selected product to cart
- Set delivery address
- Review and confirm order
What types of merchant are available for delivery service?
We target to attract a good variety of businesses that offer various products & services to meet your needs, which includes restaurants, bakery shops, grocery & convenient stores, kiosk & retail outlets.
Where can I find my favorite shops or restaurant for delivery?
If your favorite restaurant is not listed in our page, please let us know on our "Contact Us" page and we will try our best to have them listed as one of our merchants. So you can start enjoying delivery service of your favorite restaurants.
How long will a delivery order take?
We target 60 minutes delivery from the time you place an order.
Why is my order cancelled?
We work hard to process your order accordingly and provide confirmation to you within 5 minutes. If we canâ€™t confirm your order, we will inform cancellation order with one of the reasons listed below, so you can always go for the alternative products:
- The business did not accept or response to your order or
- No delivery crew available
Why am I requested to validate the order again from my phone after placing an order?
It is our duty to ensure the order is correct and genuine by validating the order via Whatsapp messenger with our customers. You may also ask and track order from the same Whatsapp messenger and our representative will keep you informed on your order status.
How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before the order has been confirmed. Once order is confirmed, no cancellation is allowed.
My order did not arrive, what should I do?
You may track your order from Whatsapp messenger with us. Just message us and we shall update you accordingly.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
We will inform you via Whatsapp that your order has been confirmed.
How much do I need to pay for my order and delivery?
The delivery fee is calculated based on distance between pick-up and delivery location with a base fare of RM5 with first 4km. For distance more than 4km, each additional km will be calculated at RM1 per km.
How can I make payment for my order and delivery fare?
At the moment, only Cash On Delivery is accepted.
How can I track my order?
You may check your order status from the same Whatsapp conversation trail we sent earlier after you place an order.
Is the price shown in DCentro same as price listed at the shop?
Yes, we want to ensure our customers are paying the same price as you will pay at the restaurant. If you find there was a price difference, please report to us at our "Contact Us" page and we will make the amendment to the prices immediately.
How can I redeem a promotion code?
The promotional coupon code will only appear at the last step of the checkout process. Just enter the code, click "apply code" and you should see the discount deducted from the price. If you don't see any changes, most likely the coupon is expired or not applicable for your order.
Which locations are covered for delivery?
We cover delivery locations up to 20km distance from the pick-up point.
